Herb Robert is a very common sprawling plant well-known for its potent smell and bright pink flowers, although white forms have arisen in some areas. Its smell has given it names such as stinking Robert and stinky Bob. In folklore it is the plant that belonged to the mischievous house goblin Robin Goodfellow.
